Accomplishment: Accepting the challenge to be the major with the greatest percentage of sophomore concentration forms submitted. Chemical engineering managed to get 100%(!) of the forms collected two days BEFORE the e-Social deadline! Sharing your success strategies with all of our UG administrators helped to improve the current processes.

Benefit to the Hajim School: As the Hajim School class sizes continue to grow the process of sophomore major declaration required efficiencies. These changes include processing forms of students, while at the same time pushing to get 90% of students to declare their majors. (That is 231 out of 257 students in the Class of 2014.) Efficiencies nearly eliminate the need to keep a separate lists of students to be invited to the Sophomore Declaration Celebration on April 18.
