Accomplishment: Eileen has been the driving force behind the scenes to develop a MS Computer Science program for an external corporate partner. Her leadership in communicating with the corporate partner as a single point of contact for the Hajim School has been an instrumental part of making the program a reality. Eileen coordinated the details with several departments including Bursar, Registrar, Advancement and others to keep everyone on the same page.

Benefit to the Hajim School: Eileen's positive attitude and high level of customer service has reinforced the reputation of the Hajim School with both internal and external partners. This MS Computer Science program will not only provide advanced education to several students over multiple years, but also enhances the Hajim School's connection with industry partners.

Accomplishment: Eileen provided transportation for participant Daisy Wang from Staybridge Hotel to Eastman house as her plane was later than other participants. In addition Eileen drove her back to the hotel on Sunday.

Benefit to the Hajim School: The personal attention adds a nice touch to someone who might be a candidate for an open position in the computer science department.

Accomplishment: Stayed until the end of each day of the conference and either provided or arranged for transportation for participants staying at Holiday Inn on Brooks because there was no bus service.

Benefit to the Hajim School: Computer Studies received many compliments for holding an excellent conference. The prestige of the department and UR in general has been enhanced. High quality of Eileen's work for Computer Studies continued before and during the conference despite six-week absence of another staff member.

Accomplishment: Handled registration table so Melissa could attend to other conference matters. Provided all of this assistance while continuing to do her own work as well as that of a key staff member who was out of the office for six weeks recuperation from surgery.

Benefit to the Hajim School: Computer Studies received many compliments for holding an excellent conference. The prestige of the department and Hajim School in general has been enhanced.
