Accomplishment: BME was a bit short-handed for our senior design presentation event on December 17. Donna stepped up and took charge of catering preparations during the day. Then after working a full day starting at 8:30 a.m., stayed until after 8:30 p.m. to ensure that the event went smoothly and clean-up was completed.

Benefit to the Hajim School: This is a major event for our seniors, and the presentations run through the dinner hour, making it necessary to have sandwiches available for faculty and student participants. Having staff support there makes the event run smoothly and builds student loyalty.

Accomplishment: Donna has been an invaluable resource for the Institute of Optics. Our graduate coordinator went on a disability and never returned. Donna has answered many, many questions. She does so happily and with a great deal of patience. Donna always answers her phone and you can hear her smile. She has been willing to meet with us and share her own tools. Donna's ability to share what she knows about the role and tasks of the graduate coordinator is appreciated.

Benefit to the Hajim School: The benefit of having Donna as a resource for the Institute has not only been to our staff but to our customers, the graduate students. We all appreciate her!
