Accomplishment: Dottie was out for shoulder surgery and was given permission to come back to work for a few hours each day just days before the senior design presentations on December 17. She arrived mid-afternoon to help with the set-up and stayed until after 8:30 p.m. to finish clean-up. While the presentations are part of her general responsibilities, the fact that she came back early from surgery to ensure that the event went smoothly was exemplary.

Benefit to the Hajim School: This is a major event for our seniors, and the presentations run through the dinner hour, making it necessary to have sandwiches available for faculty and student participants. Having staff support there makes the event run smoothly and builds student loyalty.
