Nominated by: Cathy Adams, Abby Brengle

Accomplishment: Angela volunteered to support CEIS's annual University Technology Showcase at the DoubleTree. She committed to the entire event - showing up at 9 a.m. to set up the ballroom for the poster and table displays and helped with registration, especially walk-ins, so that it all went smoothly. Angela's professionalism and attention to detail was much appreciated by Abby and I as well as the event attendees.

Benefit to the Hajim School: The CEIS showcase is a one day event showcasing the successful research activities going on at UR and the area institutions in the hopes of sparking a new industry-university collaboration and certainly to celebrate the existing research partnerships that benefit NYS. Helping CEIS to make this a successful event enhances the reputation of CEIS, the University and all those associated with the research we support.
