Accomplishment: The undergraduate coordinators agree that Donna Johnson's support of them is invaluable. Donna displays unwavering dedication to the students and her assistance in all areas of undergraduate procedures and requirements keep us informed and makes our jobs easier with the volume of students we all have.
Benefit to the Hajim School: All UG coordinators and students in the Hajim School benefit because her processes are a double check to many manual steps in the system. This insures the proper processing of many different types of forms. She adds a personal element to mundane but necessary tasks. She is an invaluable resource for students and coordinators alike because she is well versed in all aspects of undergraduate procedures and required documentation.

Accomplishment: I am nominating Donna for her outstanding management of the Class of 2016 "Declaration of Major" process. Donna routinely, and expertly, kept all six undergraduate coordinators updated on each student's declaration status; in addition she quickly identified any errors in the paperwork and provided immediate feedback to her peers.
Managing this process for multiple majors, each with its own distinct requirements, is no easy feat! Donna enthusiastically processed all optics forms in minimal time with zero discrepancies. This was accomplished while continuing to provide outstanding customer service to students and staff alike.
Donna's actions, responsiveness, and positive attitude reflect great credit upon the Hajim School and make her most deserving of the recognition a bravo chip affords.
Benefit to the Hajim School: Students are Hajim's primary customers. Donna's 100% accurate and timely handling of concentration forms allowed students to focus on their studies rather than worrying about paperwork errors.
