Accomplishment: One of the most dramatic images to come out of the University of Rochester in recent memory showed Optics PhD student Joseph Choi peering into the cloaking device he helped design, which also made it appear his eye was missing. This is but one example of the many photos Adam has taken in recent months that grab the attention of readers, and draw them into stories about the research done by Hajim School faculty and students.
Benefit to the Hajim School: Nothing is more important to a research university than being able to communicate to a wide audience the importance and relevance of the research it does. Adam's photos are indispensable in accomplishing that goal.
