Duncan Moore authors opinion article in New York Times

Duncan Moore, Rudolf and Hilda Kingslake Professor in Optical Engineering Science at The Institute of Optics is author of an article in the "Opinion Pages" of the New York Times magazine, published on February 2, 2012.
The article discusses the question, why the decline of Eastman Kodak, once the largest employer in Rochester, who recently filed for bankruptcy protection, does NOT affect the greater Rochester region in the same way as Detroit, Cleveland and other once-bustling industrial cities fell into decay.Much to the contrary, Rochester continues to grow at a healthy clip.
