Doyley Named ECE Chair

Congratulations to Professor Marvin Doyley who has been named chair of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE). Professor Doyley begins his three-year term on July 1, 2020 after having served as associate chair. He succeeds Professor Mark Bocko, who says “ Marvin is a great faculty colleague and over the years he has contributed tremendously to ECE’s research profile and teaching mission. He clearly already possesses the skills and energy to be a wonderful leader for our department and the University.” Many thanks to Professor Bocko for his many years of service, and to Professor Doyley for his leadership moving forward.
