His current research interests are silicon photonics, optical interconnects, lidars, and biomedical electronics. (with honors) degree in Microelectronics from Fudan University, China, in 2003 and 2006, respectively. His current research interests are wideband integrated circuits and impulse-radio UWB transceivers. Her current research interests are wideband integrated circuits and microwave photonics. His current research interests are high-speed electronics and microwave photonics. He worked at Intel Photonic Technology Lab in 2008. He was the recipient of Merit Scholarship at Sabanci University in 2001-2004, Frank J. His Ph.D. research focused on highly-efficient RF and high-speed integrated circuits. He received Excellent Student Scholarships in 2001-2003, and Undergraduate Thesis Award in 2004 at Tsinghua University. He was the recipient of Frank J. His Ph.D. research focused on wideband RF\/microwave integrated circuits and on-chip microwave passive devices. He was the recipient of the First Robert Mundell Scholarship at Nanjing University and Frank J. Horton Research Fellowship at University of Rochester from 2005-2008.
