 X-ray spectra collected of the tools surface, and using the EDAX's software to identify spectral peaks.
For the resin tool; As predicted for a 100% resin tool with diamonds we noticed a significant concentration of carbon, and for the bronze tool; we see a high concentration of copper, and carbon, and a smaller concentration of tin.
SEM conditions: 20 mm working distance, 20kV beam.
