Hajim School Staff Innovation Awards
Established in 2026, the Hajim School Staff Innovation Awards will annually recognizes staff members who have gone beyond their day-to-day responsibilities to rethink, redesign, and improve the systems and processes that power the Hajim School. Honorees are selected because they do something more than simply working hard: identifying inefficiencies, engineering smarter solutions, and building improvements that will benefit students, faculty, and/or colleagues. Each recipient demonstrates a willingness to take informed risks and to learn from outcomes — the hallmarks of a true innovator.
