Ge Receives SPIE Scholarship

Congratulations to Gary Ge, who has been awarded a 2020 Optics and Photonics Education Scholarship by SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, for his potential contributions to the field of optics, photonics or related fields. Gary is an MD/PhD student in Optics at the University of Rochester. Under the co-mentorship of Professors Kevin Parker and Jannick Rolland, he currently investigates brain elasticity changes in aging and neurodegeneration using optical coherence tomography.
