Abstract: As the leader of the Harris team responsible for deliver of applications, edge devices, and networked systems to customers, Scott has found himself on the frontline of the Harris customer user experience. Scott will share his experiences and the lessons he and his team have learned as they continue to improve in this increasingly important area. He will then discuss potential opportunities for further refinement and formalization of the Harris approach, looking to the audience for additional suggestions.

Bio: Scott Leubner has over 20 years experience, most of that time spent as Harris Corporation's RF Communications Division in Rochester. He started out as a software developer, developing embedded radio and security products and Window applications. In 2007, Scott assumed the leadership role for th team responsible for all Harris Windows applications. This team responsibility has since expanded to include mobile applications, mobile devices, and the LTE systems. Scott received his Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1993. More recently, he earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Rochester in 2012.
