Rohit Nayak awarded 2nd Place for Best Student Oral Presentation Awards at the 2014 International Tissue Elasticity Conference

Rohit Nayak, a Ph.D. candidate in Prof. Marvin Doyley's lab, was awarded Second Place in the Best Student Oral Presentation Awards at the 2014 International Tissue Elasticity Conference in Snowbird, Utah, earlier this month. His presentation -- co-authored by Prof. Doyley and Ph.D. candidate Prashant Verma -- was titled "Multi-element synthetic aperture vascular elastography for carotid imaging."
