We study germination of green bean mainly by SEM method. Image processing technique such as colorization, stereo pair, image assembling (both for large size and bi-focus) are practised. It is a great chanllenge both physicaly and mentally.

Throughout this project, I am more solid on using SEM, especially in focus and astigmatism, contrast and brightness. Several nice micrographs of green bean, or seedling is achieved. I conclude although this project has less research or scientific potential, it is worth time and effort in the practical techniques.
