Since root is the organ that absorbs water and nutrition, it is exposed to bacteria. Figure 1 and figure 2 are showing different kinds of bacterias. Figure 1 shows at least 3 different kinds, while figure 2 shows a really interesting kind of bacteria with four cells linked together.

From the following graphs we can infer that the blue dotted bacteria in figure 1 is probably estafilococos. And the purple one in figure 1 could be diplococos. The one linked together in figure 2 should be esporos bacterianos or bacilos. However, to identify the exact kind, more biological knowledge is needed.
