Samples

In this project, I selected the following samples to develop my investigation. The Light Microscope figures were taken before sputter coating to show the surface features.

1. Ginkgo

Magnification: 10 X and 20 X.

2. Higan Cherry

Magnification: 5 X.

3. Avocado: Critical Point Drying (CPD) and Air Drying (AD)

Magnification: 20 X, 100 X, 100 X, 100 X.

4. Fern (Rumohra Adiantiformis)

Magnification: 5 X.

5. Red Maple (Green & Red)

Magnification: 5 X and 10 X.

6. American Sycamore (Yellow & Red)

Magnification: 5 X.

7. Eucalyptus

Magnification: 5 X.

Other parts:

1. Pollen (Higan Cherry)

Magnification: 5 X, 10 X, 10 X.

2. Fower (Higan Cherry)

Magnification: 10 X.

3. Core (Avocado)

Magnification: 20 X.
