Colorization

Adobe photoshop CS5.1 was used to colorize two SEM greyscale images to make them visually more appealing. These fossils were collected from the P-T section in Vietnam. Similar fossils may be identified in the Spiti sections as well. The SEM images of the fossil fragments are also provided for comparison.

Plate 2: SEM and colorized image of a section of a Gastropod fossil, (Vietnam P-T section). Charging was an issue in this image due to grounding effects, so a smaller aperture was used.
