LiDestri Food & Drink


LiDestri produces a variety of sauces with varying viscosities, densities, and bubble points that cause throughput problems; with high throughput, the pumps begin to shake violently. The purpose of our project is to identify the cause of this phenomenon and mitigate its influence to increase sauce production from 100 gallons/min to 120 gallons/min.
