Description

The goal of this project was to find a polymer that is transparent under a Near Infrared (NIR) light wavelength of 850 nanometers and that has similar physical properties to human tissue. Standards of the current polymers used in the sponsors’ lab, as well as alternative polymers, were fabricated and tested using a NIR Imaging Device.
